Sarthak Chaturvedi is a highly accomplished Supreme Court Advocate in India. He completed his higher education from Agra University, formerly known as Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, and has a rich family history of eminent scholars and educationists. His father, Dr. M.L. Chaturvedi, is a renowned doctor and has been associated with campaigns to save the girl child.

Sarthak began his legal career in Mathura and later moved to New Delhi to practice at the Supreme Court of India. He has since appeared in many leading cases at the Supreme Court, National Green Tribunal, and Delhi High Court. Sarthak has also assisted senior advocates such as Pravin H Parekh and Ram Jethmalani.

Sarthak has been instrumental in bringing justice to many environmental and social issues. For instance, in the Yamuna pollution case at Mathura Cantonment, he represented the applicant and helped penalize the Cantonment and the Pollution Control Board. In another case related to the Giriraj temple, Sarthak replaced Padma-Vibhushan M C Mehta and brought to light the anomalies prevalent in and around the temple.

In 2019, Sarthak approached the Delhi High Court to highlight the lack of comprehensiveness in the phone tapping and surveillance policy, which bestowed immense power in the hands of a few officials. Sarthak has received many prestigious awards, including the Bharat Jyoti Award in 2018 by India International Friendship Society, and has been recognized by the Bar Council of Delhi, Hindustan Times, and Braj Press Club.
